Dear customer, I'm sorry for your bad experience in trying to meet me, but unforeseen happen and I warned you everything that was happening at the moment! well let's go.... marked that it would come at 15:00 and really was correct in arriving on time, but 10 minutes before 15:00 my owner of the apartment told me that he would be going through an urgent problem in the apartment, I asked for the client waiting a moment, because I thought when the owner arrived he will tell you what the problem is and I will ask him to set a schedule for me to solve, but the problem is that he has already arrived with the 2 hydraulics and the people of the apartment underneath, everyone has already entered the apartment and started to solve the problem and in that I sent a message to the client, I thought to send a photo to him to verify that it was real, but I could not expose the people in my apartment, doing photos and sending it to the client ... and it happened in 45 minutes and I apologized for what happened ... I'm sorry for what happened, but I was not guilty and unforeseen happen, but since he wanted to expose it here, here's the reason, the same thing should do with the badly educated clients that often score and do not come or even not arrive on time, but I understand that unforeseen happen, just one that is at least educated to warn !!! and that I was ... I'm sorry, but in the future when I return to Warsaw, I'll try to reschedule the meeting with you and you'll see with your eyes that I was mistaken about myself because I'm a very serious person! sorry again!
