She only speaks spanish and she looks like her photos

First when I get to her place, she told me that she doesn't speak english. Then we go to the bed and she gave me a lousy hand job that I have to finish myself. I paid for 1 (one) hour, but everything was over in about 20 minutes and she ask me to leave. I tried to tell her that I paid for 1 hour, but she just keep talking in spanish and only thing she said in english was that she only speak spanish.

I didn't get anything else than french kissing.
